I really like this book a lot. It is kind of weird though, i dont know many six year olds who beat someone half to death. And his brother seems exceptionally violent. i can only think that children are soprt of bred this way. Like this is the way their society is supposed to be. Little kids running around killing each other and everyone seems ok with it. But also with those things on the back of their neck they are looking to take the best of the best i guess to i cant help but think that society has taken a turn for the worse and that their whole world revolves around this war with the "Buggers". A sort of military agency has taken control of the world in a subtle way i think.
